MAY 7TH: ONE PRICE, THREE LOOKS! 6PM-7PM FLORAL 730PM-830PM FANTASY 9PM-10PM FETISH Workshop Agreement Thank you for your participation in our WORKSHOP today! We would just like to go over the basic rules for the day. Things we think that will help everyone have the best experience possible! DURING THE EVENT: *Be respectful to the models at all times. Derogatory and/or crude comments and or gestures are not welcomed or wanted. * Be respectful to the photographers around you. Take a few shots, then step aside to give others a chance. Some people are naturally more shy, but we want everybody to have their chance. *We will provide you with 1 or more “TICKETS” for exclusive shots. These are for you to use during the “OPEN CREATIVE” time of each theme! TICKETS are worth 3 MINUTES of SOLO-SHOOT time. Simply hand your ticket to one of the studio managers, and all other photographers then need to stop shooting and step back. You will be given 3 minutes to move the lights, direct the poses and capture the shot without interference. *We provide Continuous lighting, as they work the best with out neon sets, if you prefer any other lighting equipment (ie. strobes, etc…) those can be brought by you. *Anyone arriving without professional equipment (shooting with a phone etc…) will be asked to leave. This is an event for industry professionals only. AFTER THE EVENT: *All content created today will be governed by SHARED RIGHTS licensing. That means that both the PHOTOGRAPHER and the MODELS have the right to share, publish, print, and sell the images as they deem fit. Photographers can upload their images to a GOOGLE DRIVE FOLDER shared with all our models. You agree to share the content you work on with the models. *This workshop also REQUIRES every single image posted to social media to be CREDITED/TAGGED with all creatives involved. Model name and page, Photographer name and page, Studio name and page. We are here to build each other up, so we will be required to tag each artists when possible. Repeated violation from any party, may result in a black list from future events. Both parties agree that there has been no agreements, verbal or otherwise stated outside of what is included here in this Agreement and that this Agreement will govern the partnership between the two parties.
